Political Offer 2022

Eligibility

This offer is available to new Community customers that are US political campaigns for a federal or state election that sign up for Community via an order form with a valid method of payment and meet the requirements of Community’s Customer Terms. A new Community customer is defined as a person or campaign that has never purchased a Community account. This offer is limited to the first 6 eligible customers to redeem the offer; after which, the offer is no longer available. Offer expires on 12/31/2022. Offer is nontransferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one offer per Community customer. The offer is available regardless of political views or party affiliation. By redeeming this offer, you agree that any information you provide to Community will be subject to Community’s Privacy Policy and your use of Community is subject to Community’s Customer Terms. 

Offer

The offer is for a discounted Scale plan (“Discounted Plan”). The Discounted Plan gives the customer a rate of $499/month for the Scale plan (covering Community’s platform fee) and up to 500,000 free segments for the total duration of the Discounted Plan. For clarity, the monthly fee does not include additional segments, TCR fees, and additional carrier fees. Additional segments shall be charged at the standard usage based pricing rate for the Scale plan. Community reserves the right to change the types of messages that qualify for billing with 30 days notice to the customer.

Duration and cancellation

The Discounted Plan begins on the date the order form is fully executed and ends on 12/31/2022, upon termination, a breach of the agreement between Community and the customer, a material violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, a missed payment, or a change of subscription plan type, whichever is earlier. If the Discounted Plan period expires, the Community subscription plan will continue as a Scale plan and renew at the standard rate (which may change from time-to-time). The customer can cancel or downgrade through the methods described in Customer Terms.

Redemption

To redeem the offer, the customer must meet the eligibility requirements and sign an order form with Community that references this offer. Except where prohibited by law, Community reserves the right to modify, suspect, or terminate this offer at any time prior to acceptance.
