Custom Signup Fields allow you to collect unique data on your Members when they sign up for Community. You can collect anything, from their preferred streaming platform to social handles, favorite color, or profession. Collect the information that helps you learn about your Community and provides the most personalized messaging experience.
Dynamic fields can be used to personalize your messages with information such as the recipient's first name, last name, email address, or birthday. This can help you to increase engagement with your messages by making them feel more personal. You can insert dynamic custom fields into your messages by typing the { key or selecting the + icon. You can use up to 4 dynamic fields in one message.
With this new feature, Leaders will be able to follow up with Members based on their engagement with your outbound campaign: whether they responded or didn’t to your message and they clicked or didn’t click a link in your message.
