What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

We live in a time when practically everyone has a cellphone, and you can reach your audience in previously unprecedented ways through texting. We also live in a time that offers technological "fixes" for everything related to marketing your business.

Typically, customer responses to pre-planned drip marketing trigger the next message in the drip. Again, a successful drip campaign would have to be meticulously planned ahead of time. 

Community releases you from planning by allowing you to respond to your Members on the go.

You can configure your Community Keywords and Keyword Responder to send a quick response. Think pre-programmed messages or replies on your iPhone like "On my way!!" or "I'm Driving." Or emojis like smiley faces, thumbs-up, or high-fives; anything that allows you to acknowledge you've received the message and will reply in detail later are ways to use the Keyword Responder.


Keywords

The Keywords feature helps you to add Members to specific Communities based on their text replies. If their response to your message contains a keyword, they’re added to the Community associated with that keyword. Adding your Members to a Community allows you to send relevant messages to those Members at any time.


Clustering

With our Clustering feature, our A.I. groups your Members’ similar responses so you can respond to them all by saying it once. The difference between Clusters and Keywords is that Keywords add Members to an audience.


Filters

Filters allow you to segment Members into subsets and then respond appropriately. 

These features allow you to read your customer responses and send an empathetic and meaningful reply as if you’re in a 1:1 conversation with each of them. You're actively engaging with them. It's a unique way to add personalization to your customer conversations and gently nudge those on the edge of completing an event or purchase.
